Creamy Seedlip Flip Cocktail

Here’s how to use Seedlip Garden in a creamy non-alcoholic take on a classic flip.

The flip is popularly known as a class of drinks which contains liquor, a whole egg, sugar and usually cream and some spices. For our non-alcoholic version, we’ve used the Seedlip Garden, with its earthy pea and cucumber notes combining well with the cream and egg.

Ingredients

• 60ml Seedlip Garden

• 30ml sugar syrup

• 15ml cream

• 1 egg

Shake all over ice and strain into glass. Garnish with a mint.
