Marmalade Fizz Cocktail

A mash up between a Mimosa, French 75 and the Breakfast Martini, this cocktail was inspired by the flavours of marmalade. The marmalade is the star of the vodka with the same name from Chase Distillery in the UK and in truth, you could leave out the orange liqueur in the recipe below but we wanted to amp up the citrus flavours. This is a potent cocktail and one that will add a zing to any celebration.

How to make the Marmalade Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45ml Chase Marmalade Vodka

  • 15ml orange curacao (orange liqueur - we used Marionette but you could use Cointreau)

  • 10ml lemon juice

  • Prosecco

Instructions

  • Pour vodka, curacao and lemon juice into shaker filled with ice.

  • Shake then strain into a champagne flute

  • Top up with prosecco (around 150ml)
